Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure all physician orders are up to date; requires Licensed Occupational Therapist with AOTA-accredited OT degree and NBCOT as applicable; immigration support for H1B candidates; full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT OTR certification (if required by state)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- New grads welcome (mentorship available)
