Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; obtain up-to-date physician orders. OTA candidates should hold a degree in OT from an AOTA-accredited program, be NBCOT-certified as an OTR if required by the state, and hold current state licensure. New grads are welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates (transfers and new filings) is provided. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD)
- NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state
