Licensed Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date. Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program and current state licensure; NBCOT OTR certification if required by state. New grads welcome with mentorship. Immigration support for H1B candidates available. This Full-Time role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting and offers professional development and clinical growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) if required by the state
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- New grads welcome; mentorship available
