Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and obtain up-to-date physician orders; provide supervision/mentorship to new grads; immigration support for H1B candidates; join a leading therapy organization with 30+ years of excellence in care and opportunities for professional growth within Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by state)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
