Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are up to date. Requires OT degree (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program, NBCOT-OTR if state requires, and current state license. New grads welcome with mentorship; immigration support for H1B candidates available. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
