Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are current. New grads welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates, including transfers and new filings. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- State license to practice OT
- NBCOT-OTR (if required by state)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
