Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for a Full-Time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure all physician orders are up to date. Requires NBCOT-OTR certification (if state requires), current state license, and a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program. New grads welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates including transfers and new filings. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by state)
