Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; creating and implementing personalized care plans; collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements; and ensuring all physician orders are up to date. Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD), NBCOT-OTR certification if required by state, and current state licensure; new grads are welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- NBCOT certification (if required by state)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
