Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date. Mentorship available and immigration support for H1B candidates. The role emphasizes clinical growth, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
