Licensed Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders and develop treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, delivering modalities and adjusting treatment while adhering to precautions. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges, and document findings on standardized evaluation forms in a timely, accurate manner. Hold current licensure/registration as an OT (NBCOT-OTR) and be eligible for state licensure; the role may involve collaboration within Enhance Therapies’ network and opportunities related to immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable
- NBCOT designation (OTR)
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA
