Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) sought for outpatient orthopedic work in Goshen, IN. Role includes hands-on evaluation and treatment of hand, wrist, shoulder, and upper-extremity conditions with a caseload that includes post-operative rehab and conservative orthopedics. Full-time OTs may treat ~11 patients per day in a dynamic outpatient setting; option for part-time or PRN. Requires graduation from OT program and state licensure; CHT preferred but not required. Competitive compensation (~$75,000/year for full-time) with health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, and continuing education opportunities. Clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexible scheduling based on clinician needs.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 6 months of hand therapy experience required
- New graduate OTs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
