Manage the administration and management of the Skilled Nursing Facility, upholding high standards of care for residents and their families. Uphold state licensure in accordance with regulations and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers. Apply administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles while utilizing excellent interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication abilities. Maintain availability for on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Assistant Administrator (LNHAA)
- State licensure in accordance with regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication abilities
- Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
- Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
- Availability for on-call responsibilities
