Job Summary
Oversee comprehensive center operations by ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulations, embedding Diversicare culture into daily workflows, and driving effective stewardship to meet budgetary commitments. Develop business plans that address community and marketplace needs while guaranteeing quality care and services satisfy patients, residents, families, physicians, and partners. Lead team performance in a fast-paced post-acute care environment, utilizing strong cognitive skills for problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis. Must be able to work flexible hours based on the center's needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
