Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Lead and direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations, and company policies to maintain quality care while achieving business objectives. Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident needs are addressed, monitor all department activities, cleanliness, and staff morale. Manage facility budgets, labor costs, and business practices while developing and implementing a marketing strategy to maximize census and revenues. Supervise staff through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and Quality Assurance Standards. Demonstrate availability for on-call rotation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Maintain positive relationships with government regulators, families, and the healthcare community.
