Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) position requires ensuring the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care, preparing and monitoring the annual budget, recruiting and training qualified staff, and maintaining a safe and appealing environment. Additionally, the LNHA will manage government survey processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the Long Term Care industry and hold an active Nursing Home Administrator license.
