Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by driving innovation, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical and business functions. Manage P&L responsibility while leveraging AI tools to achieve strategic results in staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes. Guide the facility through a cultural revolution focused on patient-centered care, personalized spirituality, and quality-of-life initiatives. This role requires a current LNHA license and three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
