Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of Signature HealthCARE's 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services while driving innovation and strategic growth. Manage a P&L, ensure clinical excellence, and foster staff retention through a culture of patient-centered care and personalized spirituality. Demonstrate success in business development and financial outcomes while leveraging AI tools to enhance quality of life initiatives. This role requires a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license and three years of operating a skilled nursing facility, with an industry-leading turnaround and quarterly bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
