Job Summary
Lead the operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by driving innovation, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical, financial, and business development outcomes. Manage a P&L with a focus on staff satisfaction, retention, and financial results while leveraging AI tools to guide the facility through a rapid industry evolution. Requires a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license and three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility. Required Qualifications
- Current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Demonstrated success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility
- Comfortability with AI tools
