Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility by driving innovation, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical, financial, and strategic domains. Manage the P&L while leveraging AI tools to optimize business development results, staff retention, and financial outcomes. Guide the facility through a culture of patient-centered care, personalized spirituality, and real quality of life initiatives to revolutionize the long-term care landscape. Requires a current LNHA license and three years of operating experience in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
