Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility by guiding growth through innovation, strategic results, and entrepreneurial leadership. Manage clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, business development, and financial outcomes while maintaining P&L responsibility. Ensure accountability and effective communication across the organization, leveraging comfort with AI tools to drive vision and purpose. Relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana, for a high-quality community with short commutes. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
