Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by guiding the organization through a strategic revolution in long-term care. Drive innovation and business development to achieve financial outcomes while ensuring accountability across clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, and retention metrics. Manage P&L responsibility and oversee facility growth within a family-based healthcare continuum that includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
- Relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana
