Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of Signature HealthCARE's 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by driving innovation, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical, financial, and business development functions. Manage a P&L with a focus on staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes while leveraging AI tools to support strategic results. Maintain current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator licensure or obtain it within the state, applying three years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility to guide the organization through its industry transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
