Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by managing clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, business development, and financial outcomes. Drive innovation and strategic results to grow the facility within the evolving healthcare landscape, leveraging P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools. Requires a current LNHA license and three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility. Required Qualifications
- Current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility
- Comfortability with AI tools
