Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, driving innovation and strategic results to revolutionize long-term care. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
