Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the 176-bed skilled nursing facility by executing a culture of patient-centered healthcare and revolutionizing long-term care through personalized initiatives. Drive strategic results by managing financial outcomes, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical evidence and staff satisfaction metrics. Leverage entrepreneurial spirit to guide facility growth in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape while utilizing AI tools and P&L responsibility to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
