Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by managing clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, business development, and financial outcomes. Drive facility growth through entrepreneurial leadership, leveraging AI tools and P&L responsibility to achieve strategic results. Ensure accountability and communicate effectively while fostering a culture of patient-centered care, personalized spirituality, and quality of life initiatives. This role requires a current LNHA license and three years of operating experience in skilled nursing. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
- Relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana
