Job Summary
Lead the daily operations and strategic growth of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. Manage clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes while driving business development and ensuring accountability. You will oversee P&L responsibility, foster talent development, and leverage AI tools to revolutionize patient-centered care within a family-based organization. This role requires a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in the state or willingness to obtain one, supported by three years of facility operating experience. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
