Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by guiding clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Manage P&L responsibility while driving innovation, talent development, and strategic results to revolutionize the long-term care landscape. Requires a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license and three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state

- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
