Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of Signature HealthCARE's 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by guiding the organization through a cultural revolution in long-term care. Manage P&L responsibility, drive business development, and ensure accountability across clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes. Utilize AI tools to support innovative, person-directed care initiatives while developing talent and communicating strategically with stakeholders. This role requires a current LNHA license, three years of skilled nursing facility experience, and a visionary entrepreneurial spirit. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
