Job Summary
Lead the operations of a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by driving innovation, developing talent, and ensuring accountability across clinical, financial, and business development functions. Manage P&L responsibility while leveraging AI tools to achieve strategic results, improve staff satisfaction, and enhance retention. Maintain a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license and demonstrate success through measurable clinical evidence and financial outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility required
