Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of Signature HealthCARE's 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana, by managing clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, and financial outcomes while driving business development. Ensure accountability and strategic results through P&L responsibility, leveraging comfort with AI tools to guide the organization's evolution. Maintain a current LNHA license or obtain one within the state, supported by industry-leading bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state
- Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility
- Demonstrated success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
- Previous P&L responsibility
- Relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana
