Job Summary
Oversee and manage daily facility operations, including census development, fiscal budget management, and quality metrics. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while leading staffing recruitment and retention efforts. Drive team building initiatives to support a collaborative environment focused on individualized guest care. Requires an Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License with at least three years of prior experience. Monday to Friday schedule with after-hours and weekend availability as needed. Relocation to Sidney, OH is required prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License
- At least three (2) years prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Strong background in fiscal management
- Ability to oversee day-to-day facility operations
- Knowledge of both state and federal regulations
- Aggressive management of census
- Proven track record in team building
