Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day nursing home operations, including patient care management, staff supervision, and facility maintenance. Develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state-specific regulatory requirements. Supervise healthcare professionals such as nurses and therapists while communicating effectively with residents, families, and external providers. Manage policies and procedures to maintain overall facility success and resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin
