Job Summary
Seasoned LNHA to lead a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Barnesville, OH. Directs clinical and administrative operations, drives census growth and financial performance, ensures CMS/Ohio regulatory compliance, and leads staff development. Responsibilities include budgeting and P&L oversight, supervising department heads (DON, admissions, therapy, dietary), maintaining survey readiness, and partnering with admissions/marketing to drive referrals and community outreach. Requires active Ohio LNHA license, 3+ years SNF leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Proven track record in: Survey success / regulatory compliance; Census growth and admissions strategy; Budgeting, financial management, and P&L oversight
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, case mix, and reimbursement systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
