Job Summary
Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards. Organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times. Plan, implement, and achieve the community's business objectives while ensuring compliance with all governing regulations. This Full-Time role requires a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a license in good standing, at least one year of supervisory experience, and intermediate computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating
- knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing
- 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience
- intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs
