Job Summary
Oversee operations as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Loveland, OH, ensuring quality of life for elders, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, leadership of the Clinical Support Team, risk management, and active engagement with elders, families, and the community. Manage business office functions, marketing and advocacy efforts, and participate in Quality Assurance to address safety and ethics in the neighborhood, while fostering a person-centered approach and collaboration with self-directed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure/Certification: Have current Ohio nursing home administrator’s license
- Education: BS or BA in related field
