Job Summary
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role leading Neighborhood operations in Loveland, OH. Responsible for compliance with staffing regulations, quality outcomes, financial performance, clinical support leadership, regulatory oversight, business office functions, elder and family relations, community marketing/advocacy, and risk management. Requires Ohio LNHA licensure and a BS/BA in a related field. Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in related field
- Current Ohio nursing home administrator license
- Ability to recognize autonomy and dignity of elders

- Make prompt and accurate judgments with regard to elder care and emergencies
- Work and communicate effectively with self-directed work teams
