Job Summary
As Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Maple Heights Health & Rehab Center, lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility to maintain high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include organizing and directing resources to meet policy, procedures, and regulatory standards, achieving the community’s business objectives, and providing leadership within a structured regional framework. Requires active LNHA license in the operating state, knowledge of applicable state guidelines, and 1+ years supervisory experience. Proficiency with computers/software is needed. This is a full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) licensed in good standing in the operating state
- Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations governing the facility
- 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory experience
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs
