Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and management of the facility, directing day-to-day operations in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies to promote the highest quality of care for residents. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Administrator experience or equivalent (AIT) and an active Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio. Strong leadership to foster a TEAM environment, staff development experience, multitasking ability, and a track record in census and revenue growth are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn new applications are required. The position offers a competitive salary and full benefits including Health + PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License in Ohio
- Strong Leadership Skills and the ability to foster a TEAM environment amongst staff
- Prior experience in staff development
- Ability to multitask
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
