Job Summary
Lead, direct, and manage overall community operations in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident while planning and achieving business objectives. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures governing the facility. Full-time opportunity available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating
- knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing
- 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience
- intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs
