Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and management of the facility, leading day-to-day operations in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Promote the highest degree of quality care for residents while managing staff development through hiring, coaching, performance management, and delegation. Drive census and revenue growth alongside budget control and operational expense management. Requires a current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License, minimum two years in healthcare administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH
- Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
