Oversee daily operations of a 129-bed skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH, including vent/respiratory and dementia care, with a strong interdisciplinary clinical support team. Drive quality outcomes, census management, and financial performance while fostering a resident-centered culture. Lead and support clinical, administrative, and support teams; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; collaborate with respiratory and nursing teams; contribute to growth and quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
