Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence. Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development. Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes while promoting a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care. This role supports an internal promotion and transition into leading a larger senior living community under Care Initiatives, the largest single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa. The position is available at Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa, which is a 2024 AHCA/NCAL Bronze National Quality Award Recipient.
