Job Summary
Oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning while aligning policies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention to foster a productive work environment. Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing policies that meet state and federal guidelines, including survey preparedness and audit readiness. Manage business operations covering admissions, billing, receivables, payables, and payroll to maintain fiscal responsibility. Drive community relations by representing the facility publicly and promoting services through marketing efforts. Enhance resident services by overseeing therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs that meet physical, emotional, and social needs. Maintain a safe environment by assuring nutritional, medical, and wellness requirements are met in a caring setting. Requires a current Administrator license and experience managing state and federal survey processes. Full-time role with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, plus tuition reimbursement and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
- Has a deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards and the ability to manage the state and federal survey process.
- Can comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company safety policies.
