Job Summary
Nursing Home Administrator responsible for overseeing facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, financial management, and community relations at a Paris, TX nursing facility. Requires an active state Administrator license, deep knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey processes, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid financial acumen to manage budgeting, expenses, and revenue while maintaining resident-centered care.
