Job Summary
Directs day-to-day facility operations to ensure the highest quality of care for residents, in accordance with federal/local standards and regulations; develops, implements, and evaluates facility programs; guides departmental policies and procedures and professional standards of practice; leads staff and conducts facility inspections, formulates corrective action plans and supports ongoing compliance to prevent deficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator
- 2 years' experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred
