Embed the Diversicare culture into daily workflows, manage budgetary commitments through effective stewardship, and develop business plans that address community and marketplace needs. Spearhead strategies to achieve a 5-star rating and lead community outreach efforts to build key industry relationships. Ensure quality care and services meet the satisfaction of patients, residents, families, physicians, and partners. Manage team performance in a fast-paced post-acute care environment, requiring flexible hours based on center needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
