Job Summary
Lead the nursing home operations at Fairmont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as the licensed LNHA. Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensure high-quality resident-centered care, maintain compliance with state/federal/local regulations, manage budgets and financial performance, and foster a positive culture among residents, staff, families, physicians, and the community. The role includes availability for emergencies and on-call needs, with a sign-on bonus offered. The qualifications emphasize WV LNHA licensure or eligibility, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and at least three years of senior healthcare management experience along with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current West Virginia Nursing Home Administrator license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of senior management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong regulatory knowledge and proven leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills
