Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility, providing leadership to department directors and staff while maintaining compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives, monitoring staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals to drive facility growth. Partner with clinical leadership to uphold high resident care standards, building relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community. Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability through a hands-on leadership style focused on both residents and staff. Requires current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license and previous LTC leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license
- Previous long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with census development, staffing, budgeting, and survey preparation
