Job Summary
Receive and carry out daily patient assignments under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist. Collect patient and family data, report findings, and perform interventions and procedures to ensure safe, effective quality of care. Execute a variety of patient care tasks including activities of daily living, vital signs collection, and ambulation. Serve as a Personal Care Attendant as needed while effectively communicating clinical information verbally and in writing to patients, representatives, and home care staff. Requires a valid Vermont state LNA license, high school diploma, and current driver's license with proof of auto insurance. Full-time position with up to $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an accredited LNA program
- Valid Vermont state LNA license
- Valid state driver's license
- Vehicle and automobile insurance
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment driver record, criminal, adult and child abuse background check/review
- Proof of auto insurance at time of employment
